The light-vented bulbul (Pycnonotus sinensis) is a common songbird known for its distinctive white patches on its head. Also called the Chinese bulbul, Japanese bulbul, or white-vented bulbul, it is found in central and southern China, Hong Kong, Macao, northern Vietnam, southern Japan, Taiwan, and sometimes South Korea.
