The Black-naped Fruit-Dove (Ptilinopus melanospila), also known as black-headed fruit dove can be found living on the edges of rainforests in the Philippines and the Pacific Islands, including Java and Bali. The male has the pale grey head and black nape for which the species was named. The females and juveniles are entirely green.
