The elusive forest-living Grey breasted Wood Wren's (Henicorhina leucophrys) has a grey or greyish-white underside/breast. Its scientific name, Henicorhina leucophrys, breaks down to Greek for singular nostril and white eyebrow, describing its beak and facial markings. A small, secretive bird of Central & South American montane forests, it follows swarms of army ant to catch small invertebrates flushed out by the ants. The grey breasted wood wren is widespread from Mexico through Middle America and the Andes to Bolivia, plus northern Venezuela.
