The dock bug (Coreus marginatus) is a herbivorous stink bug that feeds on docks, sorrels, and other plants, often found in dense vegetation. Adults are medium-sized, speckled brown insects, measuring about 13–15 mm, with distinctive projections between their antennae. When disturbed, they can release a strong, unpleasant scent to deter predators.
