The Montane Woodcreeper (Lepidocolaptes lacrymiger) is rufous above with a brown head and a thin white supercilium, thin, decurved bill, and brownish underparts with bold black-edged white ovals throughout the underparts. It is found in Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, and Venezuela. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist montane forests.
