The yellow-breasted apalis (Apalis flavida) is a common warbler that can be seen in many habitats including forest edge, thickets and gardens, often in the canopy seen feeding on insects. The Yellow-breasted Apalis feeds on the ground and in foliage or on a tree trunk. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical dry forest, moist lowland forest, dry savanna, and moist savanna.
