Green sandpiper, Hertfordshire, England. When this shot was taken (07/04/22) this was possibly the oldest living sandpiper. It was ringed in November 2010 in Hertfordshire, making it at least 11 years 5 months. But it would have hatched in May/June 2010, which would make it 11 yrs and 11 months.
