Found through much of southern, south-eastern and central China, the Chinese goral (Naemorhedus griseus) is an intermediate between an antelope and a goat. Stockily built with long, stout limbs and broad hooves, it is also known as the grey long-tailed goral or central Chinese goral. It is found in mountainous regions of Myanmar, China, India, Thailand, Vietnam, and possibly Laos.
